Chopped Romaine Heart Salad

Crisp Delicato™ Romaine, Concerto™ Grape Tomatoes, Maestro™ Sweet Bell Peppers and Fresco™ Mini Cucumbers bring the garden to your table with a sophisticated flair.
Dressing
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
½ tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the zest
1 Tbsp. water
Salad
3 heads Delicato™ Mini Romaine Hearts, chopped
2 Maestro™ Sweet Bell Peppers, seeded and chopped
4 Fresco™ Mini Cucumbers, chopped
2 cups Concerto™ Grape Tomatoes
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Directions:
In a food processor, combine all the dressing ingredients and purée.
Toss all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
